DESCRIPTION:Presented by Steve Allred of NECA \nField leaders are on the front lines of every electrical contractor’s success and our industry’s success. NECA’s Field Leadership Essentials program is an intensive\, one-day learning experience designed to enhance the leadership skills of new and up-and-coming field leaders by covering the “must-know” topics in the electrical contracting industry.
