Many construction companies operate under the assumption that a successful project manager can be easily transitioned to senior leadership roles, such as VP of Operations, Chief Operating Officer, and President. However, the skill set and technical knowledge needed for senior leadership are different. This course will introduce project managers to the technical knowledge necessary to successfully perform their new duties and increase the likelihood of their success in their new leadership role.
